EMBROIDERY PRICING BREAKDOWN
SMALL ITEMS
- Ideal for hats, beanies, chest (& other small) logos
- Rate on card does not include cost of blank items
- Tiered pricing based on order quantity
- Discounted pricing for designs <5k stitches
- Design 1 digitizing fee: $30 (one-time cost)
- Additional digitizing fee: $20 (each design)
- Additional $1.50 per 1k stitches for designs >15k stitches
LARGE ITEMS
- Ideal for outerwear, sweatshirts, tote bags, pants & large designs
- Rate on card does not include cost of blank items
- Tiered pricing based on order quantity
- Design 1 digitizing fee: $30 (one-time cost)
- Additional digitizing fee: $20 (each design)
- Additional $1.50 per 1k stitches for designs >15k stitches
CUSTOM PATCHES
- Ideal for bands, artists, businesses & special events
- Rate on card includes cost of backing material
- Tiered pricing based on order quantity
- Design 1 digitizing fee: $30 (one-time cost)
- Additional digitizing fee: $20 (each design)
- Additional $.30 per 1k stitches for designs >6k stitches

What is the minimum order quantity for custom embroidery?
None! We don’t require a minimum order amount. However, there are pricing breaks based on order quantity.
How long does it take to complete an embroidery order?
Typical turnaround is 10-14 business days, depending on complexity and volume.
Can I provide my own blanks?
Yes, we are happy to embroider on blank items you provide OR source inventory for your merch order.
What file format should my artwork be?
We can work with most image files (e.g., JPEG, PNG, PDF) and prefer that you submit high-resolution images when possible.
